We Design and Build new Custom
Homes in the Galveston County Mainland area. Our homes are higher quality construction than average but you dont
pay any extra. We are designers so we can help you through homesite selection and home site design.
The cost of the home site should include all the costs needed to improve the land. Many lower cost properties have
a hi cost of site improvments and utilities and issues on drainage and permiting, we usaually can solve these issues in a
cost effective manor.
In the site design and home we capture your personal living style and finishes in
a home to create a beautiful unique Living Environment suited to your lifestyle dreams.
We perform in house
design and if you have the needs we have alliances with Landscape Design, Interior Design, civil Engineers and specialty
subcontractors including ornamental iron and faux finish. We woudl like to call attention to our fine craftsmen
many who have worked as subonctractors for CBM for many years.
If you already have your plans or Architect
we highly recommend you get the builder on board early in the design of your home. Architects design dreams and CBM
works on value and budgets for our customers with the Architect.
We are knowlegable and experienced in Green Building Practices,
Energy Conservation and alternative sources of energy. Bill Wasko has over 30 years of Engineering,
Design, and Construction Experience.
